Now Dialing Out to Cell Phones
We have now introduced new proprietary cell phone dial-out technology for our enhanced virtual and live-streaming events.

The call-out capability has significantly increased the reach and engagement by up to 25% more participation time on events, allowing our clients to build and maintain trust with more of their stakeholders.
With The Contact Group’s new personalized event platform, Live Answer Teleconference, participants are dialed and then greeted by a Live Answer Lobby Host. The host explains the purpose of the event and automatically connects them. From there, participants experience a dynamic and engaging enhanced virtual event. Currently, Live Answer Teleconference has a maximum of 50,000 dial-out invitations, with plans to increase that level.
