Rest assured, your customer data is managed with the highest level of security standards and best practice protocols that are continuously updated to exceed industry standards – it will never be sold, transferred or manipulated for anything outside of the express purpose of your campaign.

Customer cell phone numbers are dialed only where express permission has been acquired in compliance with “TCPA” – the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

All non-compliant cell phone records are removed utilizing the national “DNC” – Do Not Call Registry as well as your own internal DNC list.  Also, as a part of your campaign process we provide “opt-out” capability, creating a supplemental DNC list which is provided to you for future campaign segmentation purposes.

Any records that can’t be dialed compliantly (mobiles without permission, past calling curfew, restricted states like IN and ND) are automatically scrubbed by our system. Our clients also have the ability to upload your own DNC lists and scrub those numbers out of broadcasts and/or you can maintain a DNC list that can be automatically generated by our system. So, we have two separate methods of having Do Not Call lists – you can provide or our system can generate one.

We strategize with you to maximize audience participation – acquiring consent to dial using methods including on-line signups, email and direct mail registration channels.
